Biography
Justin Sherer's practice focuses largely on construction defense, representing general contractors or trade contractors in matters including residential and commercial defect claims. He also routinely defends claims involving premises liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation.
Justin is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Alabama, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Justin often volunteers for various committees for local bar associations, just recently completing serving on the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Baldwin County Bar Association.
Justin graduated from the University of Alabama in 1999 and earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2002.
Justin and his wife have three children. He has enjoyed coaching his children on the basketball court or the baseball field. Justin and his family also enjoy fishing and spending time outdoors on the Gulf Coast.
