Membership is by invitation only, and Jim was selected through a process of research by NADN and peer reviews.
Having served as mediator or arbitrator in more than 1,500 matters, Jim is frequently sought out by both judges and fellow attorneys to assist in resolving a wide variety of disputes in nearly every area of civil litigation, business disputes, construction, professional liability, labor & employment, workers compensation, probate, domestic relations, insurance, commercial transactions and personal injury. Maintaining an active litigation practice in addition to his service as a mediator/arbitrator, Jim is able to keep up with recent jury verdicts, changes in substantive and procedural laws/rules, and recent trends in ranges for which cases and claims are resolved.
