Novak & Marsh Receive Defense Verdict in Medical Malpractice Case

In October 2017, assisted by John Marsh, Tabor defended an Obstetrician in a two week trial conducted in Selma, Alabama seeking damages for the death of a newborn whose mother had been diagnosed with gestational diabetes during in her pregnancy. Tabor’s client was unable to attend the trial due to advanced neurological disease. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the physician represented by Tabor and John.
My experience with their hysteroscopy treatment in London was excellent from start to finish. The consultant took the time to discuss my concerns and explain the procedure, while the clinic staff made the whole experience feel calm and straightforward.
