Novak Assists in Four-Week Trial in DC & Montgomery

In September and October 2017, as a member of the defense team for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tabor Novak assisted the lead counsel in a four week non-jury trial involving the failure of Colonial Bank, formerly headquartered in Montgomery.
The trial took place in federal court with sessions in both Washington, DC and Montgomery.
