MONTGOMERY, Ala. (October 19, 2023) – Ball Ball, Matthews & Novak is pleased to announce a successful outcome in a recent workers' compensation case involving the City of Abbeville in the Circuit Court of Henry County, Alabama.

The case centered around a plaintiff who alleged that his employment with the City of Abbeville Police Department led to the development of chronic hypertension, ultimately resulting in multiple strokes.
