Ball Ball Attorneys Selected for 2013 Super Lawyers
MONTGOMERY – Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, P.A., is pleased to announce that four of its attorneys have been selected for the 2013 Alabama Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list. Only 5 percent of the lawyers in the state of Alabama are selected by Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state of Alabama are selected by Rising Stars. Rising Stars are those attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
Tabor Novak and Ham Wilson have again been selected for inclusion in Alabama Super Lawyers in the field of civil litigation defense.
Additionally, Evans Brittain and Chris Waller, both of the Montgomery office, were selected for inclusion in Alabama Rising Stars 2013 in the fields of civil litigation defense and business litigation, respectively.
The selections for Super Lawyers and Rising Stars are compiled by Law & Politics, a division of Key Professional Media, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN. Each year, Law & Politics undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of Alabama lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the Law & Politics’ attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. Super Lawyers can be found online at www.superlawyers.com, where lawyers can be searched by practice area and location.
Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, P.A., one of the oldest law firms in the State of Alabama, has represented clients throughout Alabama since the 1890s. More information about the firm can be found at www.ball-ball.com.
