Ball Ball Associate Sydney Brasfield recently secured the dismissal of a malpractice action brought against a local clinic by affirmatively showing that the claim was barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
The attempt of the Plaintiff, whose claim had been dismissed, to refile the action was terminated by a Motion to Quash which was successfully presented to the Court by Sydney.
