Simpler Obtains Summary Judgment for Defendant Car Dealership

Associate Miland Simpler recently obtained an Order from the Elmore County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in their client’s favor, a car dealership and automotive repair facility.

The lawsuit included claims against the dealership of negligent airbag repair and breach of the implied warranty of merchantability.
