Veterinary Professionals Defended
Emergency Veterinary Specialist: In March 2025, Waller represented a veterinary emergency specialist accused of mishandling an abdominal exploratory surgery. After a thorough review, the state licensing board found no violation of the Veterinary Practice Act or applicable standard of care.
Relief Veterinarian: In May 2025, Waller secured a dismissal for a relief veterinarian accused of negligence in treating a patient with ataxia and respiratory issues. The Alabama State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners determined no violation occurred.
