Biography
Acker Holt is an associate in the Montgomery office and practices in the area of general civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in both Alabama and Tennessee.
A native of Florence, Alabama, Acker graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2025, where he was a member of the Federalist Society. During his third year of law school, he represented clients through the Civil Law Clinic, gaining valuable hands-on experience in legal practice.
Prior to attending law school, Acker graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While completing his undergraduate degree, he was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and interned with Chief Judge L. Scott Coogler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He also spent time interning with Congressman Robert Aderholt in Washington, D.C.
Acker is a lifelong fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing intramural sports, watching movies, and Travelin' with the Tide.
