For the second year in a row, attorney Ben Heinz, a partner in our Mobile office, served as the Director of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association’s Deposition Boot Camp held last week at Jones Law School in Montgomery, Alabama.
The Boot Camp is a two-day intensive training program for new or less experienced civil defense lawyers looking to improve their skills in all aspects of practice related to depositions. Heinz leads a faculty consisting of numerous experienced defense lawyers from around Alabama as they give presentations on various deposition related topics and as they conduct breakout sessions where the attendees get to practice their skills in different types of depositions with a wide array of witnesses. This year’s Boot Camp set an attendance record.
