Hope Beaton is an associate in the Mobile office and practices in the areas of civil defense litigation and general insurance litigation.
Hope is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama.
Hope graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2016, where she was a member of Cumberland’s National Trial Team and an executive member of the Trial Advocacy Board. She also served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow and received the Scholar of Merit Award for Pretrial Practice and Procedure. Prior to attending law school, Hope graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
Hope is a member of the Mobile Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Additionally, she serves on the planning committee for the annual Alabama Tort Law Update held by Alabama CLE.
Hope and her husband, Will, recently welcomed their first child.
