Biography

Hope Beaton is an associate in the Mobile office and practices in the areas of civil defense litigation and general insurance litigation. She is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama.

Hope graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she was a member of Cumberland’s National Trial Team and an executive member of the Trial Advocacy Board. She also served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. Prior to attending law school, Hope graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

 

Hope is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Mobile Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. She previously served on the planning committee for the annual Alabama Tort Law Update held by Alabama CLE. Outside of work, Hope is a member of the Alliance to the Medical Society of Mobile and the Oakleigh Garden District Society. Hope lives in Mobile with her husband, Will Cutchen, and their two children.
