Having represented clients since the 1890s, Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak is one of the oldest law firms in the state of Alabama.
With offices in Montgomery and Mobile, including attorneys licensed to practice in Florida and Mississippi, the firm offers a practice throughout the Southeast, defending suits in state and federal courts involving products liability, medical malpractice and professional liability claims, industrial accidents, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, construction matters, automobile and personal injury, governmental entity defense, aviation litigation and trucking defense.
The firm has represented insurance carriers almost since its inception and still handles all facets of litigation that arise from that representation. The firm also handles all types of casualty, property insurance claims, transportation liability, coverage questions, professional errors and omissions, liquor liability, employment matters, mediation, estate and probate matters, real estate, and workers compensation claims and litigation.
