June 2007-Defense Verdict in Automobile Accident with Serious Injury
In June 2007, Ham Wilson & Chris Waller successfully defended the driver of an automobile in a case alleging negligence and wantonness where the Plaintiff sustained a cervical fracture, punctured lung, broken ribs & lacerated spleen. A Chilton County jury returned a verdict for the Defendant after a three day trial.
