October 2005 - Verdict Returned for Amount of Medical Bills

The Defendant's car rear-ended the Plaintiff's car.  The case was defended by admitting liability but disputing the Plaintiff's medical damages and the permanency of any injuries.  After deliberating for less than thirty minutes, a Mobile County jury awarded the Plaintiff the exact amount of his medical bills.  The case was defended by Monty Montgomery.
