August 2005 - Defense Verdict in Mobile County Auto Accident Case
 
The Defendant's car rear-ended the Plaintiff's truck.  The Defendant maintained that the Plaintiff's truck had entered the oncoming lane of traffic to make a left turn into a driveway.  Instead, as the Defendant's car went to the right of the Plaintiff's car, the Plaintiff began making a right turn.  The resulting impact caused both vehicles to flip after leaving the road.  After a three day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant, who was represented by Monty Montgomery of the firm's South Alabama office.
