 August 2005 - Defendant's Verdict Monty Montgomery represented the Defendant in a rear end collsion case alleging negligence, wantonness, and negligent entrustment in Baldwin County. Defendant collided with the Plaintiff's pickup and trailer and both cars flipped after leaving the roadway. After a three day trial, the jury returned a defense verdict after 1 hour of deliberation.
