 March 2005 - Defendant's Verdict in Automobile Accident Case Ham Wilson and Chris Waller obtained a jury verdict in favor of a Defendant sued in the Circuit Court of Tallapoosa County, Alabama (Dadeville Division) in a case arising out of an automobile accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 280 and Highway 49 in Dadeville, Alabama. The Plaintiff alleged that he had the right of way and a green light and sued for personal injuries sustained as a result of the accident. After a trial by jury, a verdict was returned for the Defendant.
