 October 2005 - Defendant's Verdict in Invasion of Privacy Case Ham Wilson and Chris Waller successfully defended an individual in a civil action tried in Elmore County Circuit Court, Judge Benjamin Fuller presiding, in a case alleging assault and batter, invasion of privacy and intention infliction of emotional distress. The Plaintiff alleged that while she was seated in a physician's waiting room, the Defendant approached the Plaintiff and her small children and made sexually suggestive comments to her. She also alleged that she was inappropriately touched and fondled. The Plaintiff claimed compensatory and punitive damages. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant.
