March 2006 - Macon County Summary Judgment Affirmed in Slip and Fall Case
In the Circuit Court of Macon County, a Plaintiff alleged a fall at the Defendant's convenience store was caused by the Defendant's negligence in maintaining its fueling area and failure to warn of potential dangers.
