 May 2006 - Defendant's Verdict in Medical Malpractice Case In May 2006 Tabor Novak successfully defended a physician in a malpractice case alleging wrongful death of a minor child in Coffee County Circuit Court. The child was treated and transferred to Children's Hospital, where she was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. After a 2 week trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Mr. Novak's Client and the remaining co-defendants. |
