 May 2006 - Jay Watkins Joins Firm Ball, Ball is pleased to announce that Jay Watkins has joined the firm's Baldwin County office, covering South Alabama. Jay received his law degree from the University of Alabama in 1999. Prior to joining Ball, Ball, Jay worked in a Mobile firm defending products liability, insurance and professional liability cases. He has lectured at various seminars and CLE programs, most recently on Medical Records Law. Jay is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), serving on the products liability and construction law committees, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA), and the Mobile, Baldwin and American Bar Associations. Jay is licensed in all federal and state courts of Alabama and the United States Tax Court. Jay is a graduate of ADLA Trial Academy. Jay will focus on products liability, insurance and professional liability cases.
