April 2010 - Summary Judgment Granted in Favor of Firm's Client in Product Liability Litigation

Recently, the Circuit Court of Macon County, Alabama, entered a summary judgment in favor of the firm's client in a product liability suit pending in Macon County, Alabama.  Plaintiff brought claims against the firm's client pursuant to the Alabama Extended Manufacturer's Liability Doctrine (AEMLD) after suffering serious injuries resulting from an ATV accident. The case was defended by Chris Waller and Tabor Novak.
