March 2010 - BBMN Attorneys Selected as 2010 Alabama Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, P.A. is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been selected for this year's Alabama Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state of Alabama are selected by Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state of Alabama are selected by Rising Stars. Rising Stars are those attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.

For the third consecutive year, Tabor Novak has been selected for inclusion in Alabama Super Lawyers 2010 in the fields of civil litigation defense, personal injury defense, medical malpractice, and business/corporate. In addition to being designated as a Super Lawyer, Mr. Novak has been consistently voted as one of Alabama's Top Fifty Lawyers by the publication. These are the lawyers who have received the highest point totals in the Alabama Super Lawyers nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.

Additionally, Saxon Main and Chris Waller have been selected for inclusion in Alabama Rising Stars 2010. Mr. Main practices in the firm's real estate and business litigation practice groups. Mr. Waller practices in the firm's litigation practice group, with a special emphasis on defending complex personal injury claims, products liability and construction defect litigation.
