Monty Montgomery recently tried a two day jury trial in Mobile County, Alabama representing a local insurance agency and insurance agent against allegations of negligence, breach of contract and fraud. After hearing all of the testimony, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Plaintiff, but for less than half of his damages demanded at trial, and less than the Plaintiff's last demand at mediation.
