 May 2006 - Defendant's Verdict in Montgomery County Personal Injury Case A Montgomery County Jury awarded $501.00 to the plaintiff in a rear end accident case. The plaintiff alleged neck and back injuries along with lost wages and future pain and suffering. The jury found in favor of the defendant on the wife's consortium claim and on the parents' minor child's personal injury claim who was a passenger in the car with his father.
