Brooke Emfinger Reid joined Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak in 2006. Since that time, Brooke has defended and tried numerous cases, including auto accident, worker's compensation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and other cases. Brooke has also served as a part-time prosecutor for the City of Montgomery, and in that capacity, prosecuted various misdemeanor criminal offenses.
Brooke is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. She was recently appointed to the District III Board of Directors of the Alabama Defense Lawyer's Association.
Brooke graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Birmingham Southern College in 2003 and subsequently obtained her law degree from the University of Alabama.
She is married to Phelps Reid of Montgomery, Alabama.
